The Radar is more than the name on the door. It is the route a club announcement travels before it becomes a row in the database, and nothing skips the checkpoint on the way.
We watch the official site of every club in the league. Roster moves come from there, not from second-hand reports.
It works out who moved, which club is involved and for how long, then drafts the entry that records it.
Before anything reaches the database the Radar holds its draft against the announcement. If it matches, it goes in. If it does not, it goes back for correction or gets thrown out.
From then on it shows up in the contract list, in the player history and in that season roster of the club.
The Radar has walked this route on its own since its entries stopped differing from ours.

We read club announcements closely, but across hundreds of deals something occasionally slips through or goes stale faster than we catch it. If you spot a wrong contract, roster or date, write to us. We will fix it and cite the source.
